About
LETSiNVEST identifies, analyses and structures investment opportunities 'on and off-market' (residential & commercial) with a focus on capital preservation, growth and maximisation of returns. We meet the needs of Private Investors and Family Offices and create tailored real estate opportunities.
Since founding, LETSiNVEST has generated exceptional returns for investors and significantly multiplied the assets under management.
Our lettings and management service is a full circle 'hands on' service, from sourcing suitable private or corporate tenants, through to referencing, rent collection and management.
We are a member of The Property Ombudsman, The Guild of Lettings and Management and operate a full client monies protection scheme – which means that all client funds are protected at all times. We’re also members of the government authorised Deposit Protection Scheme, ensuring that all tenants’ deposits are handled correctly to give both tenants and landlords peace of mind.
We are geographically focused on North London & East London/Docklands. We will invest in many of the opportunities and schemes, illustrating our commitment and confidence and will take our clients through the process from sourcing the deal through to renting and management as well as continuing to building their portfolios.
